Our Mission is to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Educate until every dog has a loving and safe place to call home. We believe we can, and we will see an end to dog homelessness and abuse through legislative efforts, hard work and strategic partnerships near and far. This holiday, Frozono has just one thing on his wishlist: a forever family to love him. This stunning 3-year-old Husky/Shepherd mix is sweet, spirited, and so ready for his holiday miracle. He loves toys, enjoys snuggling up after a fun day, and lights up every room with his cheerful energy. He’s also a big water lover, turning splash time into his own winter wonderland! Frozono is deaf, but he doesn’t miss a beat. He’s attentive, eager to learn, and already picking up visual cues with ease. His deafness only makes his bond with his people stronger — he watches your heart more than he listens to your words.
