We believe we can, and we will see an end to dog homelessness and abuse through legislative efforts, hard work and strategic partnerships near and far. Meet Jessa Jolene- Our Spooky Sweetheart!
Jessa Jolene is a 5-year-old Terrier mix with a spirited personality and a heart full of love. Once a stray in Tennessee, she’s now hoping for her forever family—no tricks, just treats!

This clever girl is housetrained, great on a leash, and loves walks, toys, and splashing in the water. Her playful style is best suited for homes with older kids who understand her energy. Jessa Jolene also likes to soak up all the attention, so she’d shine brightest as the only pet in the home.
