After 30 years of experience in the corporate world, including Institutional Investments and Consumer Products Sales and Marketing, Robin was looking for an opportunity to contribute to a greater cause. “The passion and mission of Big Dog Ranch Rescue, to save as many dogs’ lives as possible, is clear – that’s why I’m here!”

Katy has always had a love for animals and has been caring for them ever since she was a child. While growing up in Jacksonville, and much to her mother's dismay, she would bring home every stray cat and dog she ever found never stopping until she could find each of them loving homes (or sometimes convincing her mother to let her keep them herself!) She would even buy crickets sold in pet stores as reptile food just to release them in the safety of her backyard. In her teen and college years she worked as a vet tech/surgeon tech. Her compassion, empathy and drive to help all living creatures led her to study psychology at UNF, where she received her bachelors degree, summa cum laude. After graduation, she worked as a paralegal for an attorney in Atlantic Beach. When she moved to South Florida, she returned to her passion: caring for animals when she started at Big Dog Ranch Rescue.
Katy is a dog mom to three adorable pups: Snoopy (who she adopted from the ranch), Skippy and Black Betty.
Debbie loves all animals, especially dogs, and feels fortunate to be able to help dogs in need find their new homes and families. "Saving lives is why Big Dog Ranch Rescue exists and being a small part of it all makes my day." After working in both Corporate America and the Equestrian world for many years, 2 years ago Debbie joined our team to help lead the charge towards saving more lives, and with her help, we are succeeding.

Brieayna is a Maryland native and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Salisbury University. She moved to Florida just a couple short years ago and is in love with the Sunshine State. She has worked with lemurs, kangaroos, sea turtles, and other exotic animals- but nothing gives her more joy then helping a dog find its forever home. She still remembers her first adoption at Big Dog Ranch well (a weimaraner!). She's excited to help Big Dog Ranch grow and find more dogs their forever homes!
Sindy is an avid Weimarner lover. In the fall of 2009 she lost her best loyal fur friend, which lead her to Big Dog Ranch Rescue. No coincidence, the Ranch happened to be right in her neighborhood at the time. She started volunteering in the Spring of 2010 walking and caring for the dogs. The rest is history.
